The format

Cut the way winning UGC is cut.

Not a slideshow with music over it. Every variation comes out in the format that actually performs on TikTok Shop.

Fast-paced cuts

A new frame every one to two seconds. No dead beat for a thumb to escape on.

Text hook on frame one

A different scroll-stopping line per variation, placed where it reads before the swipe.

Captions burned in

Timed to your audio and watchable on mute, in the style creators actually use.

Still looks shot on a phone

Native UGC, not an ad. That is the part brands cannot fake and the algorithm rewards.

Why nothing else

Everyone edits one video at a time.

Template apps, freelancers and agencies are all one-in, one-out. Sequence is the only one where five minutes of your time comes back as 10 finished videos.

Questions

Questions?

When do invites go out?

A batch every Tuesday. We keep it small so renders stay fast, which is why there is a line at all.

Why so many videos per upload?

Because one edit is a guess. Ten gives the algorithm something to pick a winner from, and you post for two weeks off one shoot.

How long does a batch take?

About an hour to render ten 4K 60fps videos. You close the app and get a notification — the only five minutes you spend is picking clips and starting it.

What does the editing actually do?

Fast-paced cuts, a text hook on the first frame, burned-in captions, pacing tuned to what performs. The winning UGC format, applied ten different ways.

How good is the export?

Up to 4K 60fps vertical, 2160×3840, no watermark. 1080p if you would rather upload faster.

What should I film?

Three to five short takes: the product, a detail, you using it. Handheld phone footage is what it is built for.

What will it cost?

Free through the whole beta. Waitlist members keep a permanent discount when we start charging.

What happens to my footage?

Processed, kept 30 days so you can re-download, then deleted. Never used for training.
